Overview

Provide legal assistance and advice to refugees and asylum seekers.

Tasks Summary

• Provide legal counselling and assistance to asylum seekers and refugees.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on asylum and refugee law.
• Draft legal submissions and other legal documents.
• Represent asylum seekers and refugees in legal proceedings.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and policies.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in refugee law or human rights law.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Experience in legal research, drafting, and representation.

Qualification Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Admission to the bar or equivalent professional qualification.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in English (written and oral). • Proficiency in Persian (written and oral).
