This opportunity is for civil works for the rehabilitation and performance-based maintenance services of Rural Roads in Khorezm Region (Lots 1, 2 & 3) under the Rural Roads Resilience Sector Project.
Tasks Summary
Experience Requirements
- Participation as a contractor, joint venture partner or subcontractor in one single contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last seven (7) years, and that is similar to the proposed work, where the value of the Bidder's participation exceeds: Lot 1: 7.8 million USD, Lot 2: 6.6 million USD, Lot 3: 2.9 million USD.
- The Bidder should have an average annual construction turnover of: Lot 1: 13.0 million USD, Lot 2: 11.0 million USD, Lot 3: 4.8 million USD calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years.
- The Bidder must demonstrate financial resources to meet its current commitments, plus the requirements as follows: Lot 1: 1.6 million USD, Lot 2: 1.3 million USD, Lot 3: 0.6 million USD.
- The similarity of Bidder’s participation shall be based on construction/reconstruction of cement or asphalt concrete paved roads.
