Overview

Consultant to conduct a training needs assessment and develop a national TIP capacity development plan.

Tasks Summary

• Prepare an Inception Report.
• Conduct a comprehensive desk review.
• Carry out an assessment of training needs.
• Develop a national TIP training capacity development programme.
• Present, discuss and validate the draft TNA and Capacity Development Plan.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of the counter-trafficking capacity development.
• Prepare the capacity development reports.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in academia, research institutes, think tanks, governmental, inter-governmental or non-governmental organizations working in the area of Trafficking in Persons.

Qualification Requirements

Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, International Development, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English is required.

Languages Preferred: Working knowledge of French and/or Creole is an advantage.

Contract Duration: Up to 11 months

Work Modality: The selected consultant will be required to operate both remotely and in person for the full duration of the assignment.
