The Communication intern will support the work of the Office of the Victims' Rights Advocate by conducting research, assisting with communications strategies, and producing content.
No working experience is required to apply for the United Nations Internship Programme.
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (1) Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or (2) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent). Be computer literate in standard software applications. Pursuing relevant courses or studies in one of the following areas: communication, journalism, web design, data visualization, marketing and have experience with graphic/web design applications.
Languages Required: Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months

Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
