Overview

The Business Development Manager plays a leadership role in advancing resource mobilisation efforts and positioning Plan International Thailand as a partner of choice for advancing children and girls’ rights and gender equality.

Tasks Summary
  • Gather intelligence around funding opportunities from potential donors.
  • Support the PU in prepositioning against funding opportunities.
  • Strengthen the pipeline of proposals.
  • Support the PU to develop high quality, evidence-based, value for money concept notes and proposals.
  • Oversee and coordinate the development, writing and packaging of proposals from concept to award.
  • Expand donor portfolio development in Thailand.
  • Proactively work with National Office counterparts to identify and develop grant opportunities and funding.
  • Actively contribute to Thailand programme in multi-country and regional proposals development.
