Overview

The Phase-In Manager will lead the setup and operationalization of new Sponsorship Funded Programme (SFP) areas during the phase-in period, ensuring inclusive community engagement and partner mobilization.

Tasks Summary

• - Lead the setup and operationalization of new Sponsoreship Funded Programme (SFP) areas during the phase-in period.
• - Ensure inclusive community engagement, government relations, risk management, and partner mobilization.
• - Foster a safe and respectful environment for sponsored children.
• - Collaborate with local implementing partners to establish a strong foundation for long-term sponsorship operations.

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in community mobilization, government liaison, and project management.
• 5+ years in Sponsorship programme oversight.
• Proven ability in managing sponsorship transitions, risk and stakeholder analysis, and aligning programmes with country strategy and sustainability goals.
• Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s socio-cultural dynamics, governance systems, child rights, gender-transformative and child-centered programming.
• Skilled in donor/sponsorship relationship management, networking, and partnership development with government, NGOs, and communities.

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
