Overview
Perform administrative duties for the Sri Lanka Resident Mission, including organizing and maintaining records, preparing correspondence and reports, and assisting with visiting missions.
Tasks Summary
- Ensure correspondence and documents are typed, copied, printed, and submitted on time.
- Log, distribute, and dispatch incoming and outgoing faxes and mail.
- Provide reception services, screen calls, take messages, and deal with queries.
- Maintain and update office filing systems and records.
- Assist in retrieving files and documents for report preparation.
- Copy and disseminate publication articles.
- Undertake photocopying and printing tasks.
- Provide logistical assistance to ADB missions.
- Assist in logistic and administrative arrangements for workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; preferably in international agencies.
- Knowledge and understanding of international agencies' operational processes and procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive contacts with appropriate officials of host government, donor agencies and executing agencies and others.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or in any other field.
