Overview
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Support human resources and procurement administrative processes, and ensure accurate processing of administrative transactions.
Tasks Summary
- - Provide timely and effective administrative and operational support.
- - Support human resources and procurement administrative processes.
- - Ensure accurate processing and follow-up of administrative transactions.
- - Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized administrative records.
- - Support budget-related administrative processes.
- - Assist in the administration of departmental projects, fellowships, and grants.
- - Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in Administration, finance, logistics, HR and customer service and/or other similar roles is required.
- Experience in using computer-based administrative and financial systems.
- Use of appropriate tools and technologies to facilitate Admin work (i.e. SAP).
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, or hotline operations is an asset.
- Desirably previous experience of working with national or international NGOs or UN entities.
Qualification Requirements
A university degree from an accredited educational institution in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
