Overview
The Programme Assistant performs routine administrative and financial functions to support the delivery of the organizational unit's programme and projects.
Tasks Summary
- Collect and compile data on programme and/or project activities.
- Initiate and follow up on administrative and financial actions.
- Review and prepare routine documentation and correspondence for procurement actions.
- Provide information on programme and/or project expenditures and budget status.
- Process, format, and proof-read reports, documents, publications, and correspondence.
- Review and direct correspondence, calls, and queries; respond to routine enquiries.
- Make arrangements for meetings, seminars, and events, including logistics and document distribution.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience Requirements
Three years of relevant experience in financial and/or administrative support work.
Qualification Requirements
Secondary School Education.
