The incumbent undertakes human resources tasks, ensuring quality and consistency of functions and processes. The role requires in-depth knowledge and interpretation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices, providing guidance to managers and staff.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate the overall hiring plan for national and international affiliate workforce.
- Review Terms of Reference of affiliate workforce for compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the publication of calls to attract candidates.
- Organize and facilitate the selection process, including interviews and report preparation.
- Manage the complete cycle of contracts for national and international affiliate workforce.
- Provide administrative support for payments and related tasks.
- Assist in the performance evaluation process of consultants.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Experience Requirements
- Five (05) years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Work experience in UN / International Organization is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
