Overview
The intern will provide analytical, coordination, and operational support to the Partnerships and Knowledge Management functions within UNICEF’s Digital Education and Learning Innovation portfolio.
Tasks Summary
- Map and maintain an up-to-date database of strategic partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Support preparation of partnership briefs, profiles, and background notes
- Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and events
- Assisting with desk research on prospective partners and collaboration opportunities
- Contributing to presentations and summary materials for partner engagement
- Organizing and structuring internal knowledge repositories
- Supporting documentation of lessons learned, case studies, and good practices
- Assisting with drafting and editing short knowledge products
- Supporting preparation of webinars or internal learning events
- Assisting with synthesizing research, reports, and evaluations into concise internal summaries
- Supporting the updating of internal trackers or simple dashboards for programme information
- Assisting with background research and compilation of inputs for donor proposals and concept notes
- Supporting the preparation of short donor briefs, fact sheets, or evidence summaries
- Helping gather results data, case studies, and examples for fundraising and donor communications
- Supporting the organization of shared repositories of proposal templates and reference materials
- Assisting with consolidating updates from colleagues into internal summaries
- Supporting preparation of internal briefing notes or progress updates
- Helping maintain simple trackers for meetings, deliverables, or events
- Support knowledge synthesis related to AI in education and digital transformation initiatives
Experience Requirements
- Prior internships, volunteering, research assistance, or student leadership roles considered an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualification Requirements
Enrolled in a master’s degree program at a recognized university, undergraduate level or a recent graduate (within two years from date of graduation) in education, international development, public policy, social sciences, communications, or related field.
