Overview

Seeking an individual consultant to ideate and produce digital content, particularly short-form videos, aligned with UNICEF Thailand’s strategic objectives and brand identity. The role involves collaborating with the Communication Team and other sections to create engaging content for target audiences.

Tasks Summary

• Work with the team to shape and align on monthly content plans and campaign priorities.
• Conceptualize and develop content ideas for short-form VDOs.
• Responsible for the end-to-end production of short-form video content, including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Provide support for related graphic design needs.
• Monitor emerging social media trends and present insights with recommendations.
• Provide additional creative input and production support during campaign periods.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 year of demonstrated experience in producing short-form social video content.
• Proven ability to manage the full production process, including conceptualization, scripting/storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram best practices.
• Ability to produce simple, platform-ready design assets.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Proficiency with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Ability to monitor social media trends and translate them into creative concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and sound judgment.
• Experience in conducting interviews for collecting information/case studies is a plus.
• Experience in working with UNICEF or other development organizations is a plus.

Work Modality: Home-based modality, but the consultant is required to come to the office at least one day per week.
