The Recruiter is responsible for providing an efficient full cycle recruitment service, including sourcing, assessments, candidate engagement, documentation, analytics, and administration.
A minimum of six years of experience, at least three years in an HR role within a multicultural environment. A strong background in talent acquisition, particularly handling high-volume recruitment, is essential.
A University degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or other relevant fields, or a post-secondary certificate with additional years of related work experience.
Languages Required: Fluency in both oral and written English.
