PSP Digital and Comms Intern

Overview

This internship supports the expansion of UNHCR's Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) programme in Malaysia through digital donor recruitment and communication activities.

Tasks Summary

• Assist in reviewing, digitizing, scheduling and adapting web content for emails, websites, mobile and social media platforms.
• Assist in analyzing user journeys, mobile and social media insights, and optimizing engagement and conversion performance.
• Assist in producing, consolidating and coordinating digital assets between UNHCR offices and external parties.
• Assist agencies in determining promotional tactics to increase web traffic and engagement.

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

• Be either a recent graduate (having completed their studies within two years of applying) or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme from a university or higher education facility accredited by IAU/UNESCO;
• Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR.
