Pi Gençlik Derneği İzmir, Türkiye Volunteer opportunity: Short-Term ESC Opportunity in Izmir, Türkiye
We are looking for a short-term volunteer from Italy (2 months / 61 days) to join Pi Youth Association in İzmir, Türkiye. Pi Youth Association implements youth activities across 10 districts of İzmir, promoting personal development, healthy lifestyles, and social inclusion. The volunteer will: Support workshops, language conversation clubs, and youth activities Assist facilitators during local events in youth centres and schools Help prepare activity materials Contribute to social media and outreach activities Share their ESC experience with local young people The volunteer will support the team in communication and logistical tasks but will not be responsible for project management or financial matters. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements The volunteer will stay in a shared flat with other ESC volunteers (double room). The project provides: Monthly pocket money Food allowance Health insurance Turkish language support Mentor support Duration: 61 days (59 volunteering + 2 travel days). No residence permit required. Training during the activity The volunteer will receive: On-arrival orientation Weekly mentor meetings Final evaluation meeting Participation in internal workshops (teamwork, leadership, digital skills) Social and cultural activities with other volunteers are also organised.
