Overview

Support the coordination and monitoring of IOM MHPSS community-based programme activities and follow up on the work of implementing partners.

Tasks Summary
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of the implementation of IOM MHPSS community-based programme activities.
  • Support and follow up on the work of implementing partners.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of project components.
  • Support the development and monitoring of the team’s activity plan.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on team activities.
  • Maintain coordination and partnerships with other IOM units, local authorities, and civil society organizations.
  • Work closely with implementing partners, participate in quality verification and monitoring of partner activities.
  • Support the management and documentation of programme assets, materials and spaces.
  • Monitor visibility and branding in all team activities.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Experience Requirements
  • At least six years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience supporting Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programmes (required).
  • Previous experience working with beneficiaries' data management, reporting on project activities while respecting data protection and management guidelines (required).
  • Supervisory roles (desirable).
  • Experience in community-based team supervision, monitoring and evaluation (desirable).
  • Experience working in accordance with the Interagency Standing Committee (IASC) guidelines on MHPSS in emergency settings (desirable).
  • Experience liaising with different government authorities at local level (desirable).
Qualification Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical, counselling, social or educational psychology, counselling, anthropology, mental health, humanities or social sciences from an accredited academic institution.
Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
