Overview

The RHCS Analyst reports to the Deputy Representative and contributes to strengthening the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) system by supporting the effective management and performance monitoring of UNFPA-supported reproductive health commodities.

Tasks Summary
  • Assist in supply planning, forecasting, and stock monitoring.
  • Support inventory management and warehousing oversight.
  • Contribute to distribution, supervision, and last-mile support.
  • Provide implementing partner support and last mile assurance.
  • Engage in data management, LMIS, and supply chain analytics.
  • Support capacity development and systems strengthening.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in health supply chain management, logistics, or supply chain data analysis, preferably within government systems, UN agencies, NGOs, or humanitarian contexts.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in forecasting, quantification, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and use of LMIS/eLMIS.
  • Experience working with ministries of health, Central Medical Stores, donor organizations and implementing partners is a strong asset.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of supply chain performance findings is desirable.
  • Have good knowledge of global and regional FP/RHCS initiatives and commitments.
  • Possess good technical skills in drafting, report/proposal writing, and presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and Google Workplace tools/ software/ applications.
Qualification Requirements
  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, pharmacy, public health, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant professional certification in logistics, supply chain management, LMIS/eLMIS, or data analysis is an asset.

Languages Required: Fluency in English.

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of the local language would be an asset.
