Project Analyst

Overview

The Project Analyst will monitor and analyze the implementation and utilization of the e-PMS by government institutions, and liaise with government institutions to address and resolve issues identified through system monitoring and reporting.

Tasks Summary

• Monitoring and analyzing the implementation and utilization of the e‑PMS by government institutions, ensuring compliance with relevant procurement guidelines.
• Liaising with government institutions, under the guidance of the NPC, to address and resolve issues identified through system monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitating coordination and providing necessary support between the NPC and respective government institutions, as required.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of e‑modules based on updated procurement guidelines.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in working with or supporting, preferably government institutions, in the areas of administration or procurement. Experience in IT-related work, including the use and management of digital systems, data analysis and reporting, and supporting system users, would be an added advantage.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer science information technology (IT) / Information Management Systems or a related area
