Architecture Governance Intern

Overview

Assist in ensuring enterprise architecture practices align with organizational standards, policies, and strategic goals. Collaborate with architecture and IT teams to support governance processes, document compliance, and contribute to architecture decision-making frameworks.

Tasks Summary

• Support development and monitoring of architecture standards and frameworks.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for architecture compliance review.

Experience Requirements

• Business administration: Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment. Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools. Stores and files information following agreed procedures. Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
• Content publishing: Contributes, under instruction, to publication support activities. Supports the collation of data. Uses established publishing processes according to appropriate guidelines.
• Systems design: Follows standard approaches and established design patterns to create new designs for simple systems or system components. Identifies and resolves minor design issues. Identifies alternative design options and seeks guidance when deviating from established design patterns.

Qualification Requirements

Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months
