Overview

Administrative Assistant helps the team plan and implement engineering projects in line with the ICRC’s water and habitat objectives. This role is responsible for preparing and organizing documents to ensure they are completed correctly and on time.

Tasks Summary

• Perform various office work which requires computer knowledge and secretarial skills
• Provide general administrative support to the Water and Habitat Team
• Translate from one or more languages into English, Ukrainian or Russian, and vice versa
• Contribute to the department reporting in coordination with the Team Leader
• Prepare the contract package based on the documents provided by the engineers
• Ensure information flow within the Department / Sub-Delegation
• Create and maintain paper or electronic files up-to-date, as well as ICRC tools

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent training

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluent command of English, Ukrainian and Russian

Languages Preferred: • Technical background as an asset

Remuneration: • Competitive salary between UAH 43,000 and 57,000 (gross) before taxation
