Overview
The Internal Communication Officer will support the implementation of internal communication and knowledge management activities within the Logistics Division, aiming to enhance information sharing, staff engagement, and accessibility of knowledge assets.
Tasks Summary
- Supports the implementation of internal communication plans.
- Provides advice on the effective use of internal communication channels.
- Develops and delivers staff engagement initiatives.
- Prepares and packages communication materials for change initiatives.
- Produces, revises and publishes content for internal communication channels.
- Adapts technical or operational information into clear, user-friendly formats.
- Supports content planning by maintaining editorial calendars.
- Contributes to knowledge management by supporting the organization, maintenance and accessibility of knowledge assets.
- Assists in the analysis of the annual feedback survey.
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in internal communications, knowledge management, content management, or a similar role.
- Experience packaging technical or operational information into clear, user-friendly formats (presentations, infographics, visual materials).
Qualification Requirements
University degree in Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
