Overview
To support the development, implementation and evaluation of leadership initiatives at UNRWA, enhancing leadership capabilities, accountability, and neutrality of senior staff.
Tasks Summary
- Support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of interactive learning products, resources and events, including engaging with external vendors as required.
- Support the organization and facilitation of online and in-person learning events including managing timelines, coordinating logistics, communicating with participants, and ensuring timely reporting.
- Monitor and support participants in their learning journey, ensuring a seamless and person-centered experience.
- Undertake data analysis and reporting, including data visualizations.
- Support the collaboration with the Staff Care and Wellbeing division.
- Draft and produce diverse written and audio-visual outputs for the programme, social media and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all materials meet quality assurance standards and programme requirements.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
Experience Requirements
Prior UN, International Organization or Japanese NGO experience; Experience designing and implementing learning programmes
Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree, preferably in international relations, social studies, adult learning, business administration, management, or a related field.
