Overview
The Directorate-General for Energy is seeking an Administrative Support Agent to provide administrative, secretarial, and logistical assistance within Unit B.2. The role supports the Head of Unit, deputy Head of Unit, and policy officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of internal procedures, including document management, attributions and monitoring of deadlines.
- Provide logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
- Handle preparations and reimbursements for missions.
- Manage Commission internal tools such as ARES, DECIDE, MIPS+, Themis, AGM and SYSPER.
Required Experience
- Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (if secondary education diploma is held).
- Very good knowledge of the administrative procedures of the Commission is an important advantage.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
