Provide trauma-informed case management to elder refugees, asylees and other humanitarian entrants to support their integration, independence and well-being. The internship includes opportunities for direct engagement with clients to connect them to services.
Interns must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution or have graduated from a post-secondary institution within the last 2 years.
Languages Required:
Languages Preferred: • Fluency in Haitian Creole, Arabic, Ukrainian, Dari or Pashto highly desired.
Contract Duration:
Work Modality: The hours may be completed either virtually or through a combination of in person and virtual time. Ability to work a hybrid schedule including scheduled in-person workdays.
Remuneration: This internship is unpaid and requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
