Overview

This internship focuses on developing and deploying AI training materials and communications to support the adoption of AI tools across humanitarian operations. The role aims to make AI transformation accessible and impactful for staff.

Tasks Summary
  • Design, develop, curate, and deploy training materials for AI literacy and fluency programs.
  • Create and deploy practical guides, quick-start documentation, and how-to resources for AI tools.
  • Develop and curate training scenarios and use case examples relevant to humanitarian work.
  • Craft engaging communications about AI tools, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Create announcements, newsletters, and updates for AI champions and the broader organization.
  • Develop clear, accessible content explaining technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Design infographics, tip sheets, and visual content.
  • Help manage content for World Vision's AI Community of Practice and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Organize and curate AI learning resources, FAQs, and best practice documentation.
  • Support the AI champions network by creating resources and facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor user questions and feedback to identify training needs and content gaps.
  • Help maintain and update World Vision's AI intranet pages and learning portals.
  • Contribute to building a library of practical AI use cases.
  • Research emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze training participation data and user feedback to measure program effectiveness.
  • Help identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support evaluation of pilot programs and recommend improvements.
Experience Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating educational content, presentations, or training materials (formal or informal).
  • Experience with learning management systems, instructional design, or adult learning principles (preferred).
  • Experience in NGO, nonprofit, or humanitarian sector contexts (preferred).
Qualification Requirements
  • Current student or recent graduate from an undergraduate programme (within 2 years).
  • Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Technical Writing, or related fields.
