Assistant- MIS

Overview

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining all the CP information database. Assistant -MIS will play a key role in entering and managing the database system under the supervision of Officer - MIS.

Tasks Summary

• Import and check large datasets, regular entry of raw data to the Excel spreadsheet and different platforms as per project needs.
• Providing updated data regularly and helping to analyse the dataset.
• Ensure the data quality with the support of the team.
• Be the main source of raw data and ensure the safety of the CP database as per the organisation's policy.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant area of work.
• Freshers are most welcome, with good data entry and or advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage for the position.
• One year’s relevant work in an INGO will be an advantage.
• At least one year’s experience working with Excel and managing databases.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with a preference from Statistics, Social science or any other field.
• Trained in data management.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Intermediate level in written and spoken English. • Fluent in written and spoken Bangla, and able to converse in the Chittagong dialect.
