Overview
Provides technical leadership and expertise in child protection interventions within the Rohingya response, focusing on case management, assessment, and monitoring to ensure the protection and wellbeing of children.
Tasks Summary
- Providing technical leadership and expertise in Case management, CP assessment, response analysis, design, coordination, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the child protection intervention in the Rohingya response.
- Ensuring the implementation of the project by providing technical support to ensure protection and wellbeing of the children in the project location by strengthening case management systems, referral pathways, and service delivery.
- Documentation of all key activities, lessons learnt, and good practices of Rohingya response program.
- Oversight the Child Protection Information Management System and Case Management data flows.
- Oversee the work of project officers in the effective operation of Child Protection facilities, quality case management service and timely response to key child protection risks in emergencies.
- Support for children associated with armed groups, unaccompanied and separated children, and child survivors of violence, abuse and exploitation.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years’ working experience in the relevant field.
- 3 years in a management or supervisory position.
- Demonstrated experience in Child Protection Case Management, preferably in a humanitarian or emergency context.
Qualification Requirements
• Master's or a Post Graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably in Social Science
