Overview
Provides administrative and coordination support across the investment lifecycle for real estate and real assets investment. Responsible for general administration, investment operations, and contract administration.
Tasks Summary
- Drafts routine correspondence to respond to enquiries.
- Identifies and resolves diverse issues/problems.
- Coordinates extensively with service units and liaises frequently with internal team members.
- Performs other related administrative duties, as required.
- Provides administrative and coordination support across the investment lifecycle.
- Coordinates investment-related meetings and briefings.
- Supports compliance, governance, and ESG-related administrative activities.
- Assists with day-to-day administration of contracts.
- Audits the contractors' invoices.
- Processes the payment of contractors' invoices and monitor payments.
- Prepares and processes all UN forms and permissions.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in administrative services, finance, accounting, audit, human resources or related area is required.
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to senior officials is required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience using organization ERP tools, such as Umoja or equivalent, is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an investment institution is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
