Overview
The Scholarship Technical Clerk is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to institutional scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper financial resource allocation.
Tasks Summary
- Plan and execute scholarship calls for applications, ensuring timely dissemination and adherence to deadlines.
- Review and validate documentation submitted by applicants, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on calls for applications, academic progress, and fund utilization.
- Provide guidance and information to students on scholarship program requirements, processes, and benefits.
- Maintain communication with scholarship recipients and monitor contract compliance.
- Manage and update databases and files of active scholarship recipients, organizing information and preparing statistical reports.
- Support the creation and exchange of knowledge relevant to the project.
- Monitor financial aspects and analyze costs, comparing payments to universities with allocated funds and managing certifications.
Experience Requirements
- Four (4) years of relevant experience in operational or administrative management of processes associated with scholarship or educational programs (with a complete secondary education).
- One (1) year of relevant experience in operational or administrative management of processes associated with scholarship or educational programs (with a complete bachelor's degree).
Qualification Requirements
- Secondary education (complete) is required.
- University studies (Bachelor's Degree) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Educational Sciences, Natural Sciences, Exact and Technological Sciences, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields will be given due consideration, but are not a requirement.
