Overview
Provide administrative, logistical, and technical support for field activities related to the "Rebuilding Agricultural Livelihoods affected by Multiple Cyclones in Cagayan Province" project.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in planning, coordination, and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Support facilitation and monitoring of project interventions like cash-based support and beneficiary grants.
- Provide coordination and logistical support for M&E activities.
- Maintain communication with local government units, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Assist in preparing project-related documents and training materials.
- Support resource speakers in training delivery, including group discussions and field activities.
- Assist in maintaining a database of project beneficiaries, participants, materials, and outcomes.
Experience Requirements
- At least three (3) years of relevant field experience on emergency response and recovery operations, disaster risk reduction, agriculture and fisheries support initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working with project logical frameworks, performance monitoring and M&E systems.
- Familiarity with FAO operational procedures is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
• University degree in Social Science, Community Development, Public Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development, or other related fields.
