Overview

The UN Resident Coordinator’s Office (UNRCO) in Malawi seeks a Graphic Designer to produce a visually appealing and engaging narrative report for the Malawi 2025 SDG Fund.

Tasks Summary

• Produce a visually appealing and engaging report of the Malawi 2025 SDG Fund narrative report.
• Efficiently employ creativity, functionality, and technology to design and produce an eye-catching and informative Malawi 2025 SDG Fund narrative report.
• Collaborate with the SDG Fund Associate and the Communications Officer to select photos and incorporate tables, indexes, maps, infographics, and graphs. The final document is expected to be between 20 and 30 pages.

Experience Requirements

• At least two years of experience in editing and graphic design.
• Relevant professional experience in graphic design is required.
• Ability to design full reports and similar documents, create infographics, charts, and tables to be integrated into the designed version, and create a good experience blend of the core reporting narrative, story sidebars and photos.

Qualification Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, communications and/or visual arts.
• A Technical degree in combination of two years of additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
