Overview
To provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across procurement, logistics, and strategic supply chain functions, strengthening documentation, data management, compliance monitoring, and coordination to improve efficiency and service delivery within the Supply Chain Unit.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in reviewing and organizing supply chain policies, SOPs, and templates.
- Support data consolidation for monthly performance reporting and KPI tracking.
- Assist in updating tracker tools (procurement tracker, contract database, asset register).
- Support documentation of process improvements and system integration initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for coordination meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist in preparation of procurement documents (PR tracking, RFQ/RFP templates, bid comparison sheets).
- Support supplier database updating and vendor documentation filing.
- Assist in monitoring procurement timelines and flagging delays.
- Support procurement compliance checklist preparation and audit readiness documentation.
- Coordinate with field offices to collect required procurement documentation.
- Assist in asset verification documentation and filing.
- Support warehouse inventory tracking updates and stock reconciliation documentation.
- Assist in compiling fleet documentation (vehicle logs, maintenance records).
- Support emergency stock tracking and reporting.
- Assist in consolidating logistics compliance documentation from partners and service providers.
Experience Requirements
No prior professional experience required; internship experience is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
