Overview
Provide support for programme implementation, digital content and communication, data management, research, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in the implementation of APCICT programmes and activities
- Compile and organize programme-related information
- Support the preparation of programme materials, reports, and presentations
- Provide translation or summary of documents and correspondence
- Maintain and regularly update an internal data repository for programme records
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper organization of programme data
- Support data compilation for reporting and monitoring purposes
- Assist in updating website content
- Support the maintenance of APCICT’s social media platforms
- Prepare basic summaries of social media performance
- Conduct background research and information searches
- Collect and organize reference materials and data
- Prepare brief summaries, tables, or inputs for programme and communication materials
- Provide general administrative and coordination support
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Experience Requirements
Relevant experience in research, programme or project administration, communications, or a related area is required. Experience in supporting programme implementation, including coordination with stakeholders and partners, is desirable. Experience supporting ICT for development programmes would be an asset.
Qualification Requirements
A university degree in public policy, international development, business or public administration, communications, economics, or a related field.
