The consultant will map ASYCUDA NCTS-6 methodologies in compliance with EU standards and prepare Phase 1 system documentation.
• Preparation of Phase 1 system documentation including business and technical analysis, technical and functional requirements for new system components, and description of processes that ensure system functionality.
At least 7 years of experience in ICT project management including experience of design, development, testing and piloting complex ICT applications, dealing with customs automation and Single Window systems methodology and documentation is required. Working experience in an international organization is desirable. Working experience in the transition economies region is desirable.
A first university degree, Bachelor, in project management, technical science, information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related area is required.
Languages Required: Fluency oral and written in Romanian is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of English is desirable
