Overview
Provides support to coordination, research and analysis, communications, reporting, and administrative tasks for the South-South Cooperation for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment portfolio.
Tasks Summary
- Drafting agendas, presentations, speeches, meeting notes, and minutes.
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external partners.
- Supporting event organizations, including agenda design, invitations, speeches, and preparation of event-related communication materials.
- Providing on-site coordination and execution support for meetings and events.
- Providing inputs on research and analysis.
- Supporting the coordination and quality assurance of relevant knowledge products.
- Providing high-quality translation support for key programme documents, concept notes, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Facilitating communication between the team and partners regarding event planning, logistics, and payment processes.
- Drafting and preparing administrative and logistical documents.
- Maintaining and archiving administrative and logistical records.
- Summarising and updating administrative and logistical procedures.
Experience Requirements
• 1 month of relevant experience.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, development studies, political science, administration, procurement, logistic service or related areas.
