Overview

Leads the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services across the organization, ensuring workloads are configured, integrated, and optimized to meet business needs and support digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and optimise Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Define and implement governance policies, security controls, and lifecycle management practices.
  • Architect and deliver advanced solutions using Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Monitor Microsoft’s roadmap and proactively manage the adoption of new features.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal clients and IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance artifacts, and reusable templates.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects involving Microsoft 365.
  • Mentor and support junior staff.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 workloads, including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and copilot Agent.
  • Experience in implementing governance policies, security configurations, and compliance controls within Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
  • Experience in supporting user adoption, training, and documentation for Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software, IT Engineering or a related field (such as information management, electronic engineering or computer science).
  • Internationally recognized certification of Project Management such as PMP or Prince2 is required.
  • Internationally recognized certification of Information Security is desirable.
  • Microsoft certification for software development/design using Microsoft platform related tools.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent are considered assets.

Languages Preferred
Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.

Remuneration
Tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $71335 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), a variable post adjustment which currently amounts to US $ 40162*, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses; Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan and health insurance.
