Overview
This internship supports the development and delivery of training programmes by assisting in the design, development, and updating of training materials, coordinating with internal staff and Member State representatives, and contributing to the creation of course content, presentations, and learning aids. The role also involves researching training needs, best practices, and methodologies, and documenting and summarizing findings.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in the design, development, and updating of training materials for inspectors and staff.

- Record and summarize findings to support programme improvement and reporting.
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the use of the Systematic Approach to Training or other adult training methodologies and familiarity with blended learning software such as Articulate is an asset.
- Previous experience organizing or assisting with the implementation of training activities is an asset.
- Previous experience reviewing training data and summarizing findings to support improvements is an asset.
Qualification Requirements
- University Degree in Social Sciences, Education or related field.
- Certificate in adult education, instructional design, or related field is an asset.
