Experience Requirements
- At least ten years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including design and implementation of reviews or evaluations
- Demonstrated experience in conducting high-quality reviews, assessments, or evaluations of multi-country or multi-sectoral programmes
- Experience working with UNICEF on child marriage and gender equality, preferably in the context of Southeast Asia
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of gender-transformative and girl-centered programming approaches
Qualification Requirements
• Master’s degree in international development, evaluation, gender studies, political science, or a related field
