Overview
Consultant to provide research and technical support for return and follow-up processes involving Turkish caseload, including Unaccompanied Migrant Children.
Key Responsibilities
- Map coordination procedures relevant to return and follow-up processes.
- Map and assist in navigating legal and administrative frameworks.
- Develop practical guidance and reference materials.
- Prepare an inception note and workplan.
- Prepare a mapping note outlining key procedures and legal frameworks.
- Develop practical guidance materials and a mid-term progress note.
- Prepare a final summary report and recommendations.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of European and Turkish legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with Turkish government institutions, relevant legislation, and e-government systems.
- Familiarity with German asylum and migration law, child protection (Social Security Code SGB VIII) and respective administrative frameworks and institutions.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
University degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
