Overview

Consultant to provide research and technical support for return and follow-up processes involving Turkish caseload, including Unaccompanied Migrant Children.


Key Responsibilities
  • Map coordination procedures relevant to return and follow-up processes.
  • Map and assist in navigating legal and administrative frameworks.
  • Develop practical guidance and reference materials.
  • Prepare an inception note and workplan.
  • Prepare a mapping note outlining key procedures and legal frameworks.
  • Develop practical guidance materials and a mid-term progress note.
  • Prepare a final summary report and recommendations.
Required Experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of European and Turkish legal frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Turkish government institutions, relevant legislation, and e-government systems.
  • Familiarity with German asylum and migration law, child protection (Social Security Code SGB VIII) and respective administrative frameworks and institutions.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Qualifications

University degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
