Overview
Provide tutoring and technical assistance for the "Foundations of Disability-Inclusive Education Sector Planning" course, ensuring smooth technical, pedagogical, and organizational functioning for multilingual participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate participant engagement and support mechanisms for cohort 1.
- Provide technical assistance for live sessions, including translation and co-facilitation.
- Manage multilingual communications and announcements.
- Monitor participant progress, update assessment grids, and calculate final grades.
- Develop and implement a support plan for participants with disabilities.
- Prepare weekly reports and a post-course evaluation report.
- Create and maintain a master list of participants and observers.
- Coordinate participant status management and reporting.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in online learning or capacity development projects.
- Proven track record in managing multilingual communication and participant support in international training programs.
- Proven experience designing, facilitating, or supporting online and blended learning programs.
- Experience working with international organizations (UN agencies, NGOs, or similar).
- Desirable: Prior involvement in disability-inclusive education projects or sector planning.
- Desirable: Experience supporting participants with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to online learning.
- Desirable: Work experience with IIEP-UNESCO.
- Desirable: Familiarity with UNESCO frameworks, IIEP methodologies.
- Desirable: Experience conducting post-course evaluations, surveys, and reporting on participant engagement.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Development, or related field.
