Overview
Support processing and managing routine administrative tasks in various functional areas within aviation customer service. Assist with passenger reservations, flight manifests, and ensuring authorized travel.
Tasks Summary
- Support processing and managing routine administrative tasks.
- Assist booking team in passengers’ reservation and flight manifests.
- Ensure only authorized passengers are approved for travel.
- Post and broadcast approved schedules and seat availability.
- Publish/prepare circulars of new schedules/price lists and destinations.
- Publish UNHAS SAOP (policies/procedures) to customers/clients.
- Identify customer problems with UNHAS and attend to queries and complaints.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in English and produce technical reports.
- Prepare and collaborate in the production of reports, forms, tables, and charts.
- Maintain/record and process agencies applications for approval.
- Maintain/record and update UNHAS approved agencies list.
- Coordinate with UNHAS field/regional offices regarding compliance.
- Disseminate flights/schedule updates among UNHAS user group/clients.
- Provide training and briefing to organizations focal points regarding UNHAS booking policy and procedures.
- Provide training for users in the online booking system.
- Organize meetings with customers and maintain close contacts.
- Support conducting passengers and heads of organization surveys and preparing analysis reports.
- Receive feedback via customer surveys and identify special needs/services.
- Ask customers to fill post complaint and/or remark feedback forms.
- Follow up on solving problems/complaints within 72 hours, keeping customers updated.
Experience Requirements
- At least six (6) years of experience with a secondary school certificate OR University degree (Diploma/Bachelor’s) with a minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in aviation-related fields.
- Experienced in handling end‑to‑end flight processes.
- Strong knowledge of aviation operations and field practices.
- Experienced in organizing meetings and providing facilitation during discussions.
- Capable of maintaining strong public relations in aviation settings.
- Proficient in dispatching flights from uncontrolled airfields.
- Experienced in interpreting and applying operational flight plans.
Qualification Requirements
• Completion of secondary school education OR University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in flight dispatch, aeronautical engineering, Air Operations, Air management, or other related fields.
