Overview
Establish a roster of local qualified graphic designers to support the development of high-quality communication and visibility materials on an ongoing basis. Designers will provide services on demand, depending on programme and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide creative design concepts for print and digital products.
- Develop layouts for various materials including brochures, reports, posters, social media content, and certificates.
- Prepare dynamic digital content for social media, web, and multimedia channels.
- Propose initial design concepts and revise designs based on feedback.
- Produce final print-ready files and optimized digital versions.
- Liaise with printing houses and resolve technical/production issues.
- Create illustrations, icons, diagrams, and infographics.
- Develop visual elements for presentations, packaging, and event materials.
- Provide guidance on colors, typography, accessibility, and layout best practices.
Required Experience
- Proven professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Experience producing materials from initial concept to final printed/digital product.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, color management, and digital optimization.
- Good understanding of modern digital communication formats and emerging visual trends.
- Ability to ensure brand consistency and follow detailed guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
