Overview
The Software Engineering Analyst supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal IT applications. This role evaluates user needs and designs systems to enhance internal operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data models for performance and accuracy
- Develop Liquidity risk reporting and analytics
- Participate in troubleshooting end of day processes, system performance and scalability issues
- Coordinate with other ITS teams to fix identified issues
- Assist with the development of high-quality software solutions
- Adhere to security and compliance standards
- Support the integration of software components and their deployment
- Enhance the Liquidity risk framework
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies
- Follow best practices in software development
- Support agile ceremonies
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to gather and analyze product requirements
Required Experience
2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example in IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with min 1 year of related work experience.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
