Overview
Provide program management support for the Knowledge 360 (K360) platform, ensuring disciplined execution, visibility over interdependencies, and coherent sequencing across delivery phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the integrated K360 delivery plan across Phase 1 and Phase 2 workstreams, tracking milestones, sequencing, and dependencies.
- Support coordination across institutionally separate but operationally interdependent teams.
- Maintain a consolidated risk, issue, and dependency register.
- Prepare concise escalation notes framing trade-offs and decision points for senior leadership.
- Support governance forums through preparation of agendas, briefing materials, decision logs, and action tracking.
- Ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions and decisions.
- Maintain a centralized, audit-ready program repository.
- Develop concise dashboards and status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support periodic briefings on K360 progress, risks, and forward priorities.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs or projects in large organizational settings, preferably within international development institutions or comparable environments.
- Strong expertise in program planning tools, risk and dependency management, and the development of integrated delivery plans.
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries in a matrix environment, coordinating teams that do not report directly to the role.
- Experience supporting senior-level governance processes, including preparation of briefing materials, decision logs, and action tracking.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, knowledge management systems, or AI-enabled enterprise tools is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, Public Policy, or a related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
