The Administrative Assistant provides administrative management support and coordinates administrative and specialized tasks. The role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and service delivery.
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in administrative or clerical work functions is required. A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as three (3) years’ experience. Master’s degree will be considered with an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience. Experience working in a shared services or business support center is highly desirable. Strong commitment to confidentiality, combined with a high level of organization and a process-oriented approach, is highly desirable. Knowledge of UN/UNICEF rules, regulations, and administrative procedures is considered an asset. Experience working with corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, is desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma), preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
