Overview
The Programme Support Associate (Results, Planning and Knowledge Management) will support the Programme Support Unit in core programme support functions, focusing on programme planning, monitoring, reporting, evaluation management, and knowledge building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection and organisation of programme and project information for planning and monitoring.
- Assist in tracking progress against results frameworks and compiling inputs for dashboards.
- Contribute to the preparation of results reporting exercises.
- Support coordination for timely submission of inputs for corporate reporting.
- Assist in tracking compliance dashboards.
- Assist in maintaining an overview of planned and ongoing evaluations.
- Support the preparation and revision of evaluation-related documents.
- Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks for evaluation processes.
- Assist in tracking evaluation recommendations.
- Support the organisation of internal learning and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Assist in documenting and finalising internal workflows.
- Contribute to compiling lessons learned and knowledge products.
- Perform other programme support tasks as required.
