Overview
The Digital Media Assistant will provide support for digital content creation, platform management, and media engagement for the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for official digital platforms
- Develop, edit, and publish high-quality videos and social media reels
- Write compelling and impactful captions tailored to each social media platform
- Optimize content to maximize reach and engagement on X and LinkedIn
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with relevant influencers and key opinion leaders
- Support the organization of events along with the media team members
- Regularly update the website content
- Develop social media calendar for generic posts related to the Ministry's activities
- Follow-up on the Ministry's calendar and ensure its timely posting
- Develop partnerships and mobilize resources for initiatives/events
Required Experience
- 1 month
- Professional experience in environment and climate change communications is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration or a relevant field.
