Overview
Support the ICT team in coordination and follow-up with telecom and technology partners, and provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ICT team in coordination and follow-up with telecom and technology partners.
- Support tracking of contracts, POs, invoices and subscriptions for mobile voice and data services, Microsoft Teams Telephony and SIP services, VHF radio communications, and satellite connectivity.
- Support coordination with vendors to ensure continuity of services and timely issue resolution.
- Support on UNICEF mobile number registration, sim card replacements.
- Support on Inventory and Asset count.
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff members.
- Provide support for Hardware (Installation, troubleshooting, Maintenance of Computers and Printers).
- Provide support for Network support (Connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting).
- Provide support for Software (Installation, Updates and troubleshooting).
