Overview
Analyze and synthesize Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for UNV operations and partnerships to improve institutional knowledge management and strengthen future strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) within UNV.
- Identify and synthesize the main elements of each document, including: purpose, scope, responsibilities of the parties, duration, and key clauses, in an organized digital record.
- Support the identification of similarities, differences, and good practices among different MoUs.
- Organize the information into comparative matrices or synthesis documents that allow the UNV team to quickly consult the key elements.
Required Experience
- Experience in analyzing legal or institutional documents.
- Experience or knowledge in cooperation agreements, MoUs, or institutional contracts will be considered an asset.
- Ability to organize information into matrices or comparative documents.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
• Studies in Law, International Relations, or related fields.
