Overview
The National Project Coordinator (NPC) will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the Inclusive Digital Resilience for Conflict-Impacted Palestinians project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with key institutions across Gaza, the West Bank, and relevant host locations.
- Coordinate the dissemination of the call for applications and related promotional materials.
- Mobilize target beneficiaries through outreach campaigns and direct engagement.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of technical assistance, including e-learning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for project activities.
- Support the development and regular updating of the project workplan.
- Prepare and submit weekly situation reports, monthly PowerPoint summaries, and mid-term and final reports.
- Contribute to social media and other communication channels, regularly publishing updates.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination, SME support, or donor-funded programmes in Palestine.
- Proven experience in working with government entities, chambers, and private sector associations.
- Strong familiarity with SME advisory services, public-private dialogue, or export development projects.
- Experience in coordinating training, workshops, and technical missions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, trade, development, international relations, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an asset.
